Unit #30 - Fresh off a new facelift with a view of the mountain, this two-
bedroom, two-bath, side-unit condo comes with afternoon sun and a view of the
ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The condo has new plush carpet, while the
living room has a beautiful new sofa and a 65" smart TV where you can easily
log into your streaming services. The downstairs bedroom has a California king
bed and a wall-mounted 45" smart TV. The upstairs bedroom has a California
king bed, two twin beds (one is a trundle), and a 50" smart TV. This unit
includes the use of a locker at Canyon Lodge which means no more lugging your
skis and boards to and from your condo. A locker in the St. Anton parking
garage is also available for you so you can store your skis and boards. The
courtyard area has a heated pool (in the summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs,
BBQs, and picnic tables (in the summer and fall). The recreation room has a
dry sauna, a pool table, a kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave for
group gatherings, a large-screen TV, and a sitting area with a fireplace. For
winter skiers, the complex (and view from the unit) is located roughly 110
yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.
ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any
additional parking is not guaranteed.
