The kitchen is fully equipped and the outside area is a dream to return home to after a long day at the beach - BBQ and relax.

THE SPACE
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rye, Melbourne's favourite holiday destination, this beautiful holiday home is very close to the local beach. Wifi is included.

If you are looking for luxury and privacy - look no further! Offering lovely gardens and a spacious home, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, stereo, TV, DVD player, gas heated fireplace, ample space to stretch out, a dining seating for 6 guests plus stools, an outdoor dining set to accommodate everyone and an entertaining area for you to relax and BBQ in.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double story house sleeps 7 people comfortably.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 9 PEOPLE

Bedroom 1: 1x queen bed (sleeps 2 people) - upstairs
Bedroom 2: 1x double bed, 1x single bed (sleeps 3 people) - downstairs
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen Bed and 1x Single Bunk Bed (4 guests) - downstairs

Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
