Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah.

Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Absolutely awesome!!

So peaceful! The house was immaculate and had everything you could need and ask for. The views were to die for!! Definitely recommend to stay

Lovely added touches plus that view!!!

We had a lovely stay and can’t fault the owners- excellent communication, excellent facilities and lots of lovely added touches, including good quality kitchen wares, glasses, knives etc. Our teenagers lovely it too. Spectacular sunset and sunrise! Definitely recommend staying!

Fantastic view, comfy clean venue

a short, yet enjoyable stay. The house was clean and well set up. Thoughtful touches, like quality handwashes, biscuits/tea/coffee added to the place. Sunrise and sunset just beautiful and the Wallbies grazing in the yard just magic.
