With supplied linen, a fold-out sofa for extra guests, and ample parking for boats and cars, this house offers a comfortable and convenient stay.
The Space:
The house features three spacious bedrooms designed for comfort. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 provides a queen-size bed, and Bedroom 3 includes two single beds and a trundle bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a single spa bath and a separate shower for your convenience. The living area includes a fold-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. Please note that guests are required to bring their own linen. To ensure a comfortable stay during warmer months, a large air conditioning unit is installed in the back bedroom, effectively cooling the entire house. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there's a dedicated fish cleaning area. Additionally, the property boasts a large dam at the back, along with an outdoor fire area, ideal for enjoying sunsets and stargazing. The property is conveniently located, offering an easy drive to town and the boat ramp.

Problems with hot water meant cool showers, dishwasher not functioning properly, password given for Wi-Fi incorrect, no broom, inadequate vacuum, information folder hidden from view, etc Location was quiet at night, basic accommodation, good to have roos visit, be aware of snakes in yard.
