What a (re)treat

Everything you need to escape the city

My husband & I enjoyed a 2 night stay. It is a modern, comfortable and cute studio. Everything you need is there for a getaway. Plenty of books to enjoy, smart tv with many viewing choices. So clean and well appointed and expertly decorated. Loved it.

Just Lovely

My daughter and I had a lovely time. The house is clean, open plan and in a peaceful location. There is plenty of space both inside and in the gorgeous garden outside. The kitchen is well set up. The house is within a 15 minute walk to the beach side cafe, swimming spots and bushwalks.

Property is perfect for 2 person holiday. We were there for more than a week snd every day was perfect in the house. Heater might be bit problem in very cold weather because it is too small for property.

Relaxing, private getaway in beautiful surrounds

We stayed 5 nights in this clean, modern, stylish studio. A great setup for a lovely getaway. Easy lock box entry. Instructions were all good. Very private in a beautiful garden setting. We enjoyed beautiful walks close by and in the wider National Park. Lovely beaches. The cafe at Mainbar is great and there were great food choices at Bundeena, along with everything else we needed. Would certainly come again.

The accomodation was even more lovely than the photos. It feels very fancy, yet homely! The space is bright and sun-filled, with a beautiful private garden. It’s a lovely place to stay in to cook, drink, read, hangout with and relax in the garden area. The location was speculated and private. We saw a bandicoot one night in the yard at night.

We had a great stay at the property for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Alex was a great host, and the property was really well appointed and very private. We loved the peaceful location, wandered down to the wharf at the end of the street for a drink and snack at sunset, and an easy and beautiful walk in to Bundeena for coffee.

So relaxing!

We were at the end of a six month adventure and wanted our last two nights to be relaxing. The Garden Studio did not disappoint!The location near the National Park was perfect being serenaded by the birds.The studio had ALL the amenities you could wish for. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful garden oasis

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden Studio. Even though there are houses around you really feel like you're in your own oasis. Beautiful apartment, with everything you need for a trip away. Alex is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and responded quickly to my queries prior to arrival. Highly recommend this apartment — we will definitely be returning.

Peaceful Retreat

My husband and I spent 3 days at the Garden Studio, Maianbar to celebrate our wedding anniversary.The accommodation is spacious, well appointed, clean, peaceful and very private. Only a 10 minute drive from Bundeena, a great place to stay while we explored the sights in the Royal National Park. Our host Alex was very helpful and thank you Alex for the wonderful homemade bread. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting the area.

Peaceful and Beautiful Garden

This location is an excellent base for accessing local activities such as, swimming kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and all water sports (5-minute walk away). Other local activities include bush walks, cycling, mountain biking trails, and observing local birds and native wildlife.

Nearby beaches such as Maianbar spit (10-minute walk from Garden Studio), Bonnievale, Hordern’s, Jibbon, and Wattamolla offer many opportunities for swimming, and the local surf break is nearby at Cronulla (40 min drive).
