The living area exudes coastal charm with two comfortable leather sofas, a smart TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
You’ll also have access to fantastic on-site facilities, including a heated pool, spa, steam room, gym, and a fun games room, perfect for unwinding or entertaining the kids. With the car parked securely in the complex garage (1 spot), you can easily explore everything Kings Beach has to offer on foot. Just 100–200 meters away, you'll find the patrolled beach, local surf club, playgrounds, beach pool and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep.
Bedroom One: The lovely master bedroom includes a plush queen bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and a wardrobe space.
Bathroom One: Includes a spa bath, shower, double vanity, toilet and an additional separate toilet.
Bedroom Two: Ideal for kids, this room has two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Laundry: The compact laundry includes a top-loading washing machine, dryer and sink.
Complex Facilities: Heated pool, spa and steam room, plus a gym and games room area. Please note the pool is being renovated from March 2026 for approx 2 weeks.

Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Great accommodation; poorly managed
A fantastic unit and location marred by 3 separate issues relating to interactions with WelcomeReady (property management):
1. All correspondence stated that the security deposit would be one amount, but twice that amount was taken out of my bank account. Incurred overdrawn fees with bank as a result
2. Dryer was not working on arrival. When I advised property managers, they said they were already aware it was out of order. There was never any heads-up about this in any of the comms prior to that point. A working dryer was listed as one of the property’s amenities
3. When completing the “check-in” form, I was asked to indicate preferred check-out time. I selected 11am. The day prior to checkout received email stating we had to be out by 10am. When I inquired, I was told that late checkout could only be done “by request” 🤷♂️. Got my 11am checkout.
Everyone had a great time on the holiday, but these interactions with the property managers created unnecessary stress and expense. Would love to return to the property, but there would need to be significant improvement to the way the property (and the holiday experience) is managed by WelcomeReady.
