This open plan 3 bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6.
The lounge and dining area are well positioned to appreciate the views, plenty of seating for everyone and the added bonus of outdoor dining on the large balcony.
The kitchen is generous with all the necessities including dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed with en suit and the added bonus of ocean views and access to the balcony.
The second and the third bedrooms both have 2 single beds and fans.

Beautiful apartment in prime location. Super clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Nice pool in complex also. Only issue was no blinds on the doors to deck which made it quite hot early in the day. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful weekend break.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is ideal for a relaxing weekend away. The unit is beautifully appointed and the ocean view sublime. Can't recommend highly enough.

we were very impressed with the clean,spacious, and well equipped apartment not to mention the spectacular ocean views ( the sighting of at least 20 whales daily, cruise ships at night light up like xmas trees ) a safe beach to swim in , great restaurants. and much more that you could only want for a great relaxing stay. Great Unit in Beautiful Kings Beach Location !

My Wife and Brother-in-law and I stayed in this beautiful unit for a few nights. the location is excellent, the view is amazing, and the Balcony is the best we have found so far... Even though the weather wasn't great for us, we were able to watch Whales playing very close with a perfect view from the Balcony. I can Highly Recommend staying here, we will be back.

Great stay close to the beach in Caloundra!

A wonderful apartment with fantastic views of the ocean. It was fun watching the large ships sailing so close to the beach on their way to the Port of Brisbane. The apartment was very clean & modern with plenty of cooking equipment. There are coffee shops & bars on the beachfront. It's also only a 10 - 15min walk to the main esplanade in Caloundra for additional restaurants etc. The only drawback - the beds are pretty hard, however, I would still book there again!

Amazing view, location and immaculately clean. Very noisy bed in main bedroom making it difficult to sleep with a restless sleeper. Otherwise would highly recommend to anyone.

Clean apartment. Kitchen has more than enough utensils. Great location. Easy checkin and great communication. My only feedback would be perhaps having a little coffee/sugar supply for guests and some little travel sized soaps in bathroom. But would definitely stay again and no hesitation recommending to friends and family. Thank you!

The property was in an excellent spot and host was really friendly and helpful upon arrival. Unit wasn’t 100% clean and main bed was bad hardly slept due to it being very noisy every time you move slightly. Plus people above moving out door furniture in morning early . No blinds on front windows so no privacy and sun coming in . No fan switch in one room Still had a good stay and would still recommend to others.

Aspire on Kings

On the plus side, really close to Kings Beach, great balcony, spacious living area and kitchen, 3 good sized rooms, ensuite means 2 toilets and 2 showers which is very useful as a family. Lots of items supplied such as linen and fully stocked kitchen. On the down side, extra sofa means little room for the dining table due to breakfast bar. Ornaments not compatible with small children. Twin beds in 2 twin rooms restrict access to wardrobes. Swimming pool very cold as not in direct view of Sun and not heated. Overall very nice apartment and good location though.
