Please note: Our unit is up one flight of exterior covered stairs and is not elevator accessible. We’re next to Pointe Royale Golf Course but not part of the resort, so pool/clubhouse access is not included.

It was easy to get to and close to every event we attended. It fit our small family well better than a hotel stay. The small issues we experienced was the slow draining of the main floor shower and the loose sheets on the main bedroom. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied.

Memorial Week in Branson

Kitchen and bathrooms need updating along with old carpet; all show a lot of wear. I hated the cable/streaming on tv.

The rooms were nice. Adequate for my friend and I but small for six people as listed. Had some problems with TV. Manager tried to help but problems with provider it would be nice if host would leave a guide for channels. Kitchen was stocked but the bare minimum. It was close to the strip and all the other places we wanted to see. We are senior citizens and it wasn’t listed as two flights of stairs to condo. I’m not sure we would have rented here because of stairs. The condo was Newley painted and had new carpet all and all a nice place to stay.

It’s a small place but nice

It is small but that don’t take away from it it fit our family of six ok had a nice amount of pans and dishes everything worked I would consider staying again if the opportunity came up

Very clean and well-supplied condo. I missed the fact that it was on the second floor (with the only access via stairs) but that was probably covered in the listing, and wasn't really a problem for our group. Overall, a great experience!

Weekend get away

We made a quick trip to Branson to visit Silver Dollar City. My only suggestion would be to let guest know this property is upstairs and there is no elevator (that I saw). Wasn’t an issue for this trip but some times we travel with older parents that wouldn’t have made it up those stairs to this unit.

Great Little Spot

Exactly what we were looking for and needed. Host communicated via e-mail. E-mails were very informative and provided everything you need to know. Never had any issues so never had to reach out directly to the host; however, the host made me feel like I definitely could and should, if needed. Location is superb. Easy access to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area so that it was nice & quiet. Would stay here again.

Great location

We loved the location. Close enough to everything but far enough away that it was very quiet. I wish we realized sooner that the Gas Station at the entrance to the property was much more than just a gas station. It has a grocery & liquor store inside. Very convenient. Easy and quick communication with the manager of the property. The property itself was well taken care of. Washer and dryer in the condo were a bonus for us. I love coming home without dirty laundry. It was perfect for us. But I would not recommend it for more than 4 adults. You could sleep 6 but the common area is small. It takes up all the extra room having the couch folded out into a bed. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back.

There was a terrible odor in the unit. It was there the entire time. My friend and I both felt that it made us feel unwell.Also, the towels and washcloths were very stained. Sheet set had stains , which looked like they might have been bleach. My friends sheets had brown stains.The location was fabulous.Love to the communication and link. Very helpful!
