Great family stay

We stayed here with 4 children. Close to the beach and had a pool that the kids loved. With a large family, it is nice to have enough seating for meals, washer and dryer, and two bathrooms.

Direct Gulf front. Super easy access to beach. Parking, elevators, property, pool and hot tub no complaints whatsoever. Condo itself is clean and well stocked. Ready for you to enjoy a nice vacation. King size bed is not the greatest… Overall a really nice experience.

We were right on the sand and had a marvelous view of the beach & crystal clear waters from our balcony. The unit was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and had most everything we needed. Several great eating places are nearby, and groceries at Winn Dixie & Walmart were within 10 miles.

Reviewer Comments: i took my family for a trip to fort walton beach for few days,I have been coming to fort walton beach for many years before. this time, in this condo, my firt impression was not good at all.the unit was not was little run down unit. also, the cleaning people did not do good job getting the unit ready for the next renter, it was half way cleaned. the dishes and drinking glasses were also dirty. after a call to the office management, I was told they will be sending cleaning team for another cleaning round, but it never happened. I was expecting better experience at this unit.

We like to cook and found everything we needed. Having beach chair and umbrella service was fantastic. I cannot imagine anything better than the setup we had.I have 2 suggestions. We missed having small plates and bowls. Just a minor detail, but would like to suggest getting some to add to an otherwise well furnished kitchen. The other is that we received several messages of things we should bring that would not be furnished, so we packed them only to find out that they were furnished. I would have appreciated not needing to pack unnecessary items.

It is definitely a step above the average comfortable unit. Great care has been taken to add extra amenities so guests don't have to rush out and purchase necessities. Extras such as handhold in bathroom and make up mirror, nightlight, extra wall plugs, quality linens, towels, quality appliances,washer/dryer, dishes, well stocked kitchen. Being an organized person I loved the labels for lights, ceiling fans, TV instructions, dishes n kitchen items, step up for exit to balcony was well marked. The extra touch of beach decor added a nice touch. We will be back to 306. Thanks to the owner for this exceptional unit

Just Right!

We loved our stay at this condo. It looks exactly as the pictures show. What really made me choose this particular property over other that are similar is that there is a washer and dryer in the condo, as compared to other similar condos that stated were coin operated machines AND two chairs and umbrella come with the rental, whereas other similar condos you had to rent separately. The kitchen was great as well, as all kitchen appliances were available - even a crockpot! I thought perhaps the pictures of the view were perhaps doctored up to make it look nicer than reality, but that is really what your view is like, with the magnificent emerald colors of the ocean. Nearly every morning we woke up watching dolphins swim by. The pool and the hot tub were clean and my teen and 11 year old swam in there everyday when not on the beach. The beach was clean and the overall condo and beach area is family friendly. When booking I wasn't sure how many college spring breakers would be around but I think most of them stay at Destin rather than Fort Walton. Service was good and we were allowed to check in a couple of hours early. We did use the complimentary services and used a free ticket for the Sea Blaster boat tour and all of that went very smoothly. I only wish I had my oldest son with me because he would of used the complimentary golf admission every day. I plan on seeking out this particular condo again when we make our next trip. Thank you for a great stay!
