Fully equipped 4 Bedroom Home + 'Tiny-House' on a private parcel of land with access to the water's edge. Tiny House is available when booking for 10 guests, or by prior arrangement only.
The Space:
The Main House spans two inviting levels (external access only between levels), featuring an open-plan layout designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Large glass stacker doors effortlessly blend the bright living, dining, and kitchen areas with the expansive entertaining deck, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy captivating water views with family & friends.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers comfort and convenience with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a television. Two additional bedrooms, each with double beds, provide ample accommodation adjacent to the main living area.
On the lower level, a versatile studio-style room offers an open-plan living area combined with a practical kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The adjoining semi-private bedroom + full bathroom ensure comfort and privacy.
Nestled privately within the grounds, the charming Tiny House can be booked alongside the Main House for larger groups of up to 10 guests or by special arrangement.
Please note: Strictly no parties permitted. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests in the Main House and an additional 2 guests in the Tiny House.
Guest Access:
We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property or leave keys available for self-check-in. Please let us know your preference. Guest have full access to the Premises excluding garage and locked storage cupboard.
The Neighborhood:
Between Two Lakes is situated within a private residential community and is accessible only via a private road. The village shops and beaches of Tuross Head are only a couple of minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located on a private road off Hector McWilliam Drive as you enter Tuross Head. The village shops are approximately a 5km drive away, making it easy to access local amenities.

Pet-Friendly:
This property welcomes pets, however, the fencing may not be secure for all animals. Pet owners must supervise and maintain control of their pets at all times. The upper deck is gated for added safety. A pet fee of $55 per pet, per stay applies. Please notify us at the time of booking if bringing pets. Pets must not be left unattended for periods longer than 15 minutes, to prevent distress and disturbances. Guests are responsible for supplying pet bedding, food/water bowls, toys, etc. Pets are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms.
Rural Setting:
As a rural property backing onto a nature reserve and lakefront, wildlife encounters are possible—including snakes, foxes, spiders, kangaroos, echidnas, possums, and other wildlife. The area is also prone to ticks. Supervision of children and pets is essential.
Property Access:
The lower level of the home is only accessible externally; there are no internal stairs connecting the two floors.
Tiny House:
The Tiny House is available for all bookings by request and incures an additional free of $150.00 per booking. —please confirm Tiny House details with us when booking. PLEASE NOTE: The Tiny House is approximately a 100-meter walk from the main residence via a grassy, sloped pathway (downhill to the Tiny House and uphill when returning).

• No parties, events, or large group bookings
• Maximum occupancy of 10 guests (additional fees apply for groups over 8 guests)
• Bring your own beach towels and toiletries
• Booking fee: $125 (non-refundable)
• Refundable guest security deposit: $500 (pre-authorised on arrival, released within 48 hours of departure, excluding Airbnb bookings)
• Minimum 7-night stay during peak season

Upon booking, you'll receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. Completion within 24 hours of booking acceptance is mandatory and includes providing valid photo ID. Failure to complete this form may result in cancellation. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions.
