Located on the 15th floor and facing South, The Marilyn! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. The Marilyn! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).
Step into The Marilyn!, a vibrant Miami condo. The moment you enter, you'll be captivated by its sparkling floors, art, and furniture, evoking the ambiance of an art gallery. This condo embodies the essence of Miami.
The Marilyn! features a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized counter, and everything you need to unleash your inner chef. With a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier. The dining area, situated beside the kitchen, offers a spacious setting for meals, with seating for 4 at the dining table and 3 seats at the kitchen counter.
The living room features a couch that beckons you to unwind. Equipped with a 65" Roku streaming TV, with Netflix, Sling, and free TV show and movie apps. However, the views from the living room might prove to be distracting, as they offer a backdrop that competes for your attention.
Just steps away is access to your private balcony, offering views of the Miami skyline. This furnished balcony provides the ideal location for capturing photos, whether it's the view of Biscayne Bay, the city lights at night, or the pool and jacuzzi areas. The dining table on the balcony serves as a perfect spot to relish in the beauty of your surroundings.
The master bedroom suite is a grand experience. Stretching the entire length of the condo, it offers space and comfort. The king bed invites you to indulge in the views that can be enjoyed from the bedroom. The desk provides a workspace. The Roku streaming TV ensures that all your shows and movies are available for your entertainment. From this bedroom, you have direct access to the balcony, allowing you to step outside and take in the Miami air. As you walk through the open concept closet, complete with a safe, you'll enter the master bathroom. With a shower, and double sinks, it offers a luxurious experience.
Situated between the master bedroom and the living room, the second bedroom offers a king bed and a Roku streaming TV. Just like the master bedroom, this room provides direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the views right from your bed. Additionally, a barn door-style sliding door ensures privacy when needed and adds a touch of style to the space. It's the perfect spot to relax after a fun-filled night in Miami.
Opposite the second bedroom, you'll find the second full bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that this condo does not have any bathtubs, but the generously sized showers more than make up for it. Additionally, conveniently located across from the bathroom is a washer/dryer unit, ensuring that you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. No need to worry about going home with dirty laundry.
The third bedroom, accessible through French doors near the entrance and adjacent to the second bathroom, offers a unique feature known as an "interior" bedroom. Although it lacks windows, this room provides an ideal sleeping environment for those who prefer to sleep undisturbed. Furnished with a queen bed and a Roku streaming TV, this bedroom ensures a restful and enjoyable stay.
The Marilyn! embodies the essence of Miami and captures the essence of ultra-cool vibes that guests love. Its unique and stylish atmosphere creates a memorable experience that guests often find themselves planning their next stay even before checking out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for the State of Florida. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.
Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option.
You have two choices:

-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
