Located on the 23rd floor and facing South, Over The Moon! is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown Miami skylines views and water views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Over The Moon! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).
As soon as you step inside Over The Moon!, you'll be captivated by the stunning views that unfold before you. Managing over 85 condos at The Grand, we can confidently say that this particular view is among our top favorites. The condo is designed with expansive sliding glass doors stretching from the dining area to the master bedroom, maximizing the panoramic vistas.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and with a Publix 1/2 block away convenience is a guarantee. The kitchen also features seating for two at the counter, allowing for a cozy and casual dining experience. The condo's open concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining area, which boasts an oversized dining table that can accommodate everyone in your group.
The living area offers relaxation with its spacious leather sectional, inviting you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Roku streaming 65" TV equipped with popular platforms like Netflix, Sling, and a wide array of free TV shows and movie apps, ensuring you never miss your favorite content. The view from the balcony at night is truly spectacular, the lights of Miami illuminating the skyline create a sight that might entice you to spend more time on the balcony than anywhere else.
The master bedroom suite features a unique design, offering the option to close the doors to the balcony view or open them up to enjoy the scenery. The suite includes a king bed with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, creating an even more spacious ambiance. A 55” Roku streaming TV is available with a wide selection of content. Additionally, there's a walk-in closet with a safe for your belongings, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom provides a spa-like experience. It's generously sized with a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower. There are two separate sinks and ample space to make the most of your pampering time.
The 2nd bedroom is an interior space, meaning it doesn't have windows. It offers a peaceful sanctuary for those who love to sleep in until dawn. The room features a queen bed, perfect for curling up and catching up on your favorite shows. The 55" Roku streaming TV is loaded with streaming options like Sling, Netflix, and more, ensuring you can unwind and enjoy entertainment even after a night out.
Just outside the 2nd bedroom, you'll find a convenient 2nd full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing easy access for guests staying in that room. In the same hallway, there's a washer/dryer, ensuring that going home with dirty laundry is not an option!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for the State of Florida. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.
Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:
(In/out as much as needed)
1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$320 Monthly Parking Fee if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
