South Seas Tower 4- 812: Beautifully Updated; Large Balcony
BEACHFRONT! Experience a beautifully updated front unit! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the South Seas community boasts a large balcony. It offers ample space for your family vacation, with a view of the entire beach from the condo. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for children. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and HD channels.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. Pets - not allowed

Beautiful location. Excellent amenities. Easy check in and check out. Walk to the water is about 10 minutes because the beach is very wide at this point if the island.
We had a wonderful stay. This property has everything you need to enjoy the incredible gem that is Marco Island. The condo was perfect for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked, pool is lovely, fitness center is well equipped and the complex is close to great restaurants. Then there's the view - just spectacular!

Overall our stay was good but most of the furniture needs to be upgraded.

Although we never had air above 72 we had to reset often. No fault of property owner however building lost power many times and elevator failed to work on and off for a couple days even though power was on. Once on we didn’t trust so had to use in shifts for safety. Living room couch and chairs needed updated. Very little water pressure in master bath and kitchen sink. The views were beautiful.
