Charming & Rustic Cabin
This cabin was great for our spring break trip to the smokey mountains. We have an 8 & 9 year old who LOVED the hottub, pool table and PacMan game. The location was perfect and very centrally lcoated for being able to get to downtown Glatinburg, downtown Pigeon Forge, or to a hike in the moutnains. As other reviewer mentioned the internet and cell service is spotty and wifi goes in and out. But it wasn't unbearable and we were able to use the smart tv's in the evenings (with some glitches) and our cell phones were in and out but not completely shut down. The cabin is rustic and charming.
A few things that we thought could use improvement:
1) The majority of the lights bulbs that are strung above the hot tub and deck were out. Those need to be replaced as it really does at an ambiance to the hot tub that we missed out on.
2) The window on the top level were so dirty and grimy that you can barley see out of them. With such a beautiful view it would have been nice to have some clean windows to look out of.
3)A back up roll of TP, Papertowels and degergents would have been appreciated. While I understand this i not a hotel, we did stay for 5 days and one laundry detergent and 1 roll of TP and Papertowels just doesn't cut it for that long of a stay.
4)there was some garbage and beer cans scattered in the woods from previous guests that shoudl be cleaned up.
Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again and would recommend to someone heading to the area.
