This professionally designed Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, stunning lagoon views, and plenty of outdoor living space. The villa is conveniently located near popular Night Heron Park and is less than a 6-minute walk from the beach.

As a second-floor Parkside villa, this vacation rental property enjoys soaring ceilings and plenty of windows. The villa’s main living area welcomes you with views of the lagoon and abundant natural light. Gather around the TV for movie night, relax on the sofa after a day at the beach, or simply enjoy watching Kiawah Island’s diverse wildlife through the large windows and sliding glass doors. Guests will enjoy the fun pops of color, like the wallpapered entry way, and stylish décor.

The living area opens to the dining area and kitchen, allowing for easy conversation flow. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinets, and everything necessary to prepare your vacation meals. Please note, there is no integrated ice maker in the refrigerator. The villa offers a counter top ice machine as well as a Brita water filtration pitcher.

Sleep in style in one of the villa’s two professionally decorated bedrooms! Showcasing stunning lagoon views, the primary bedroom is the perfect peaceful retreat and offers a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

From the living area, step outside to the balcony or proceed to the screened porch. Relax and take in views of the lagoon from either of these wonderful outdoor areas.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The televisions are streaming only, no cable is provided.

SMOKING AND ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

The condo was awesome with the exception of the refrigerator not making ice. We needed to purchase a bag of ice. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The property was immaculate and just as pictured in the listing. We loved the view from the deck and especially enjoyed the nearly 2 story screened in porch looking up into the live oaks surrounding the condo. The kitchen was super equipped. And the walk to the beach was exactly 3 minutes. All in all a great stay and we would rent again.

Nice Place, But...

We liked this rental; however, the refrigerator was not working correctly when we arrived. It was not producing ice or keeping items cold enough. Items always had condensation on them. We started the drier a couple of days into our stay, and flames/sparks shot out the back. People were sent out to look at both of these items. They said they knew about the refrigerator, which required a new door. One serviceman said the drier/fuze box was not wired correctly. Regardless, we could not use the washer or drier. The T.V.s were programmed to display a picture when not turned on. The pictures stayed on all night unless you turned the T.V. off from a button on the bottom of the frame, defeating the remote's purpose. We were disappointed that this unit was rented when maintenance problems were known by service personnel. Feel like we got ripped off. We managed through these difficulties, but paying the full price for this rental was wrong. We will be more selective with the agencies we rent from next time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please again accept our apologies for any inconvenience experienced during your stay. To provide further clarification, it is the water and ice dispenser in the door of the freezer that is not currently operational. The freezer itself is working properly as it the icemaker within. In regards to the washer/dryer, it is our understanding that an issue was reported and our team came to take a look. In doing so they turned off the breaker until we could have our appliance specialist out to look at it to prevent any issues. The breaker was flipped back on by a member of the party before that could happen and it was at that time that it sparked. It was repaired soon after and no issues have been reported. We are truly sorry for any displeasure in the unit or our service. We did everything we could to ensure everything was taken care of promptly and thoroughly so that your party was able to enjoy your stay. We hope that you enjoyed your time on the island regardless.

Great place to stay

My teenage daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. The location is great, providing easy access to the beach(3 min walk), The Sancturary Hotel, and Night Heron Park. The villa is nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Even though we did not cook during our stay, I appreciate the condiments that were there(olive oil, salt and pepper, foil, etc). Also, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided. I would recommend staying here.

Wedding planning with a touch of relaxation

My fiance and I came in for the weekend to do a site visit at a local venue. We had the best time. It was so relaxing!! The home was clean, and had all the necessities that we needed. I'm organized and loved all the labels that let me know where things belong! The only issue is the water out of the refrigerator... runs super slow. That is not a deal breaker! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa is light and bright, perfect for the two of us to spread out and relax. Beds were comfy, beautifully furnished and all was spotless. Would highly recommend to any couple or small family.
