A popular family favourite with many because its location is one of the best on offer with a 2 minute stroll to the beach or local general store - just perfect for holidays.

This quintessential beach cottage has recently been renovated. Originally being rebuilt in 2017 and further updated in 2020, the beach cottage is completely new inside and out, still maintaining its former beach house charm and style. In addition to the roof terrace with outstanding ocean views, it now has a much larger living and dining area. Now there's even more room for relaxing and lazing about on your beachside holiday!

The brand new kitchen has ample work-space for creating a feast and merges seamlessly with the decked alfresco area. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is an absolute delight with comfortable decor and furnishings throughout. Gracetown Beach House features a new 85 inch TV, premium sound system and free WiFi is included.

Gracetown Beach House can comfortably sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Maximum 6 adults, 2 children.

In summer enjoy an afternoon on the roof terrace watching the sun go down, whilst the kids play cricket in the backyard or maybe a game of tennis at the courts about 100m away. Huzza's surf break and South Point are great for the novice and more experienced surfer - and you don't even have to put your board in the car!

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

Gracetown Beach House is designed to be a home away from home, a place to get together with family and friends to escape for the weekend or longer.
