We had a great relaxing stay. All was as advertised and the host was very informative and helpful leading up to our stay. You could tell the house is properly maintained. The driveway is gravel and very steep but luckily we had a 4x4. Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at Daltons Creek Cabin. Nice views, clean and inviting upon arrival. Our boys enjoyed the bunk room with their own bathroom. The cabin was even better than the pictures and we enjoyed evenings on the deck with the sound of the creek in the background!
This house was perfect for our 2 families of 4! The 4 kids loved sharing the 2 bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom and allowed the adults some privacy downstairs. We stayed over thanksgiving so we did a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed- every pan we needed, cooking utensils and even containers for our leftovers. The kitchen was a perfect size so we never felt cramped all cooking together and we could sit all 8 of us at the table for thanksgiving dinner. The living room was also a perfect place to relax - all 8 of us could fit on the couch and the view was beautiful. The hot tub was a generous size and we all enjoyed it every day! The unfinished downstairs was a perfect place for the kids to hang out and us adults even used as a workout room. It was honestly one of the best vacations and we could not have asked for a more perfect house. The only negative is it’s a drive to get anywhere but we didn’t mind because we loved the house so much and were wanting a more relaxing vacation. Also I should mention that we were really nervous not having 4 wheel drive and we were fine. It was not as steep as we thought although it would have been a totally different story with any snow. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are very glad you enjoyed your getaway! We'd love to have you back anytime! - HMCR
The property was just as described and very secluded. The rooms were very large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and there were many spices/pots/pans/etc. if you are looking to cook. We definitely would like to visit again.
we stayed here for a family wedding. The place was beautiful and very clean. The views were amazing. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much.
The only suggestion I would make is to be absolutely certain the person renting this place has a four-wheel-drive SUV or truck. It was mentioned to me but I would emphasize it more going forward. Thanks again!
Myself and friends had a lovely time on the property. It’s a cool house! Lots of open space. We did wish there were cleaning supplies and more toiletries but other than that it was a great space. The creek and marsh were very special and fun to go down to visit. Like a little fairy land. Great place to visit!!
