Clean modern house in a new estate

Very comfortable one-night stay to break-up a Melbourne to Sydney trip. New home with all modern conveniences. Comfy beds and spacious kitchen. Good to relax on the rear patio. A few kilometres to local shops and restaurants. Some annoying mosquitoes in the house.

If you are staying in Albury I would highly recommend this property. Has the perfect layout and close to amenities. New estate and very well presented. Dan and Amanda's correspondence and help was immensely appreciated. Not enough stars for this property.

Perfect stay close to CSU

House was perfect for our stay for intensive school at CSU. 5min drive away and walkable distance too. 3 bedroom house was perfect for our group of 3. Kitchen was well equipped and had some essential items which was nice. Place had central heating which was appreciated with the chilly weather. Beds were comfy. Owners were lovely, very responsive to messages and popped over to look into garage door when we had pulled the wrong thing. We would definitely stay here again...thank you!

We had an overnight stay due to a funeral. Clearwaters Albury was clean, easy to access and we had everything we needed.Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a dream for elderly parents and an uncle.The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. Highly recommended.

The host was fantastic. This is the second property we have stayed in with the same owners, and they are consistently proactive, kind, and welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet at one stage, and within 30 minutes of texting Dan, he was at the house to take a look. He then went to Bunnings to get the parts he needed and had it fixed within the hour. The house was clean, and everything was functional. The location was great. We highly recommend this property.
