- NOTE: Parking permits must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard for each vehicle. Parking permit print outs will be provided in your pre-stay email. Douglas County will impose a $500 fee if the parking pass isn't displayed or if the car isn't parked in the designated parking area
- NOTE: The maximum daytime occupancy is 12 guests and the maximum nighttime occupancy is 8. Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited
