Take a short 400m amble to the river and Proudfoot's Cafe and Restaurant where you can join the Boardwalk and explore Moygil with views over the Southern Ocean. The Southern Right whale nursery is a 5 minute drive away.
A separate study is equipped with desk, chair & screen.

A House of Splendor

This house is very well designed in terms of space utilization. A well thought out plan of furniture. kitchen usage, nd equipment setting. A house with full eyesight view of the external landscaping. A place I would to spend more time relaxing and reading
