House was big and located In a quiet area making it very easy to relax. The pond gave us a nice place to spend sometime between engagements to clearOur heads and get back to nature. The house was very spacious and accommodating to our group.

The house was spacious. The pool was sparkling in July. Nice clean bedding. The spiders were out of control. It’s a country house though. They were large and plentiful.,I was on the exterminating team. Two of my sisters didn’t adapt very well. Besides that the houses was great.

We're so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, the sparkling pool, and the clean bedding. Since we're situated in a rural setting, we do run regular pest control, but it's not possible to completely eliminate spiders in this kind of country setting. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad the rest of the stay measured up despite that.

Great GirlFriends Retreat

Comfortable beds & peaceful area made for great rest. Kitchen nicely equippef; kidsWell paved roads minimal traffic made getting about a breeze. Gainesville is a good town to visit.

It rained almost the whole time we were there. But we were there for our daughters wedding. We did get a time with some sun in the pool. House was clean, well stocked for what we needed. Plenty of beds and restrooms. The nature of cows, a doe, birds and a pond. We enjoyed the rustic look outside. This was great for our daughters first look pictures on her wedding day. Lots of options. We would definitely pick this place again for enjoyment. The wedding venue was at Lake Kiowa.I would say thank you so much for the hospitality of the rental.

Not enough towels, so you may want to bring some and the diving borad not working. It just needs some updates to the house. Otherwise we had a great time. Would go back.

Beautiful property. House was great and perfect for what we needed. The pool was well kept. A couple things were broken and we had to buy a couple things for the house. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and it was an overall great stay.

Great time!

We were in for our daughter's wedding. The home was surprisingly roomie! Two upstair sections and so many sleeping options so everyone could be comfortable. Our wedding venue was 10 minutes away in Valley View, so it was a perfect location too! Everything was so welcoming and clean and tidy!

Great Place

The picture doesn’t justice the area of this place. We were 14 people still the house was big. This house is spacious and very nice. We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, best place to stay during the holidays to spend time with your loved ones. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Peaceful and chill place!

Nice house with a lot of spaces to chill and gather. Rooms are plenty to spread out. The pool is a nice touch to relax as well. Beautiful trees up front and plenty to gaze at! Property Manager was responsive. as per other comments the pictures don't do it justice, it looks much nicer in real life!

Comfortable house

House was big enough to sleep 14, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Great communication with the host, had to advise the host of several repairs that needed to be made and he was open to the information. My family enjoyed their stay but was unable to swim due to the red ants surrounding the pool.
