The Space:
Right in the heart of the Mount on Pacific Ave, you'll be close to all the action - be it paddling & sunbathing at Pilot Bay, surfing at Mount Main beach, running around or climbing up Mauao or strolling the Main Street cafe, restaurants and shopping - everything you want is in close proximity.

The top floor features a fully stocked kitchen and large BBQ for the cook in the family, as well as the option of dining inside in & out and plenty of space to kick back on the sofa or read a book on the chaise with views of the Mount.

With a toilet on the top floor, two full bathrooms including ensuite on the first floor and a toilet off the ground floor there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone to get their ablutions done at the same time. The first floor has three bedrooms - king bed in the master with ensuite and it's own deck, another king room and a third room with 2 x king single beds.

The ground floor has a forth bedroom with single over double bunk bed and a toilet and sink ensuite. Full laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available, however the garage space has the owners vehicle in it so one parking space is available in front of the garage door, further parking is free and safe on the street.

Guest Access:
Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.

One car parking space directly in front of the garage.

Other Things to Note:
This is not a party house! The neighbours on both sides are owners who live there permanently and will complain if there is excess noise after 10pm. The property is more suited to families, not those wanting to hold events or loud gatherings.

Please note the cleaning fee includes commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.

3 night minimum for all long weekends throughout the year.
Easter weekend 4 night minimum.
From the 22nd December - 31st January 4 night minimum.

Cancellations on vrbo & bookabach will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The owner will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
