10 Year Old Country Home on Rail Trail, Central Otago
This 5 bedroom is secluded and quiet with a country atmosphere but is situated on the Rail Trail and only a five minute walk from the popular Waipiata Country Hotel. Four bedrooms inside the house - Master Bedroom with ensuite. Bathroom with full bath and shower service the other three bedrooms. There is a separate toilet. The studio unit on the property has a King Size bed which can be converted to 2 king Single beds if required. Another single bed can be added if required.
Wake up to the sun rising over the Hawkdun Ranges and a variety of birds and wildlife grazing in the adjacent paddocks. Ranfurly township is 10kms away and Naseby a short drive along Channel Road.
