Summer Retreat with Pool
3 bedroom family house with 2 living areas , open plan and large outdoor entertaing.
At the front of the house of the house is the lounge with large couch, digital tv, dvd and playstation.
Further down the hall to open plan area.
Living area has split system, wrap around couch, Smart tv with Foxtel and Dvd player.
Dining seats up to 10 guests.
Kitchen has Island bench with 4 stools, all modern appliances including fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice maker, microwave and bar fridge.
Open plan area connects with large deck with outdoor dining, couches and umbrella and 4 burner BBQ.
Enclosed Solar Heated Swimming Pool and large secure lawn for kids and pets to play.
The house also has laundry with washing machine + dryer, ducted heating, off street parking, wifi and is pet friendly on application (must receive owners permission).
