Close to Broadway Shopping Centre, Central Station, Darling Harbour and Newtown.

My large one bedroom apartment includes internal access to secure parking, is close to Central station and only a 5 minute walk from Broadway Shopping Centre.

The large living space is spacious enough to leave the sofa bed down and still have plenty of room for living.

The large sun deck and rooftop pool gives you space to unwind and relax, you will also have use of a fully equipped gym and BBQ area.

The unit was everything as advertised. The location was good as we used the hop on hop off bus for two days and one of the stops was just a few blocks away.

Sydney for the first time travelled

The location was very good a 12 minute walk to central station trains quick and easy to get around.Our hosts were very communicative to our needs with a very great hand book of the property what was in the area and possible points of interest were all laid out for easy viewing

A cosy nook amidst a bustling city

I had a lovely stay, clear check-in instructions were provided, and the apartment was very cosy and comfortable! I was surprised by the wealth of eateries around, and very close proximity to the University of Sydney. The internal parking is extremely secure and easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again :). Many thanks for the great stay!

Convenient location w responsive owners

Found the owner and property manager both to be very kind and responsive to our needs. Great that there is a balcony as apt gets quite warm with no AC. Stayed here over New Year’s and easy access to CBD and walkable post-fireworks. Owner clearly cares about your experience

Great location

Had a bit of a hiccup with beds not ready yet but finally done after back and forth messages. Son was on sofa bed which needs a new mattress as could feel the springs in it. Had to put blankets on it to make it a bit more comfortable

Weeks stay.

Position of flat was good, about 10 min walk from Central Station and Broadway tram stop so, getting round the city was easy. This is also an area of mainly chinese students as there are many university buildings around but, this was mot an issue. Flat was perfectly comfortable and suitable for our weeks stay. On the 8th floor but there was a bit of traffic noise again, not really a problem for us. Swimming pool and gym looked good. All in all the flat suited us perfectly.

Convenience Plus

We had no car in Sydney, but took trains and light rail to many parts of the city, and beyond. We were a short walk from Central Station, which is a huge hub for all of these trips. A very good shopping mall was a couple of blocks away. We were surrounded by Asian food restaurants, and Chinatown was a few blocks past Central Station. Other types of shops and restaurants were in the neighborhood also. The apartment was adequate, and we could easily have cooked our own food were it not for a previous accident that had rendered the cook one-handed.

Unfortunately no A/C and bedroom fan blew out from bad wires at the back. We came back late from a night out, and didn't sleep well in hot apartment,and couldn't nap the next day in the early afternoon as no replacement fan had been provided. Tired, and botherd, we moved to a hotel to leave the apartment, and started to doubt anything would improve.

Bucket list trip

Very good location to everything. Apartment was a good value. Weather was rainy and cool so didn’t get to take advantage of the pool. Definitely would book again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Good location some improvements

Great central location and a full apartment for a reasonable price. Unfortunately a few issues Bathroom Taps would not stop dripping. Shower too Late check in a 4pm so I travelled later however when I arrived at 445 the apartment still wasn't ready as it was being cleaned. Listing had an 11am checkout but communication seemed to indicate a 10am checkout. Otherwise a good location and walking distance to what I needed.

Central and affordable

We had a great stay. Great communication with hosts and they were very helpful when we locked out selves out! The place was clean and a very affordable price compared to hotels and other apartments in the area. Bonus was covered parking too!
