Meeniyan is a small country town located 150km east of Melbourne. The name of the town is derived from a local aboriginal word meaning ‘moon behind the trees over the water.’ Campania Casa is the main house on the property, however there are another four luxury suites on the property to potentially accommodate an additional 4 couples within a wedding party or private retreat.

The kitchen and living room;
Sparkling, fully equipped central kitchen, perfected with quality appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, island bench, and stone benchtops. The spacious 8-seat dining table and luxury leather lounge suite lie adjacent to the kitchen, accompanied by split system AC, a wide screen Smart TV, direct access to the front veranda lounge, and stunning views in every direction. The second living area is an elegant library, with cosy seating, a writing desk, large Smart TV, split system AC, and access to alfresco dining. The ambience of Casa is enhanced by trendy artwork, stylish lighting, and beautiful décor.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;
Campania Casa is designed to accommodate adults only. The king size master bedroom features a private ensuite with double vanities, a rain shower, separate toilet, and spacious walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a king size bed, built in robes, and close access to the main bathroom. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, a Smart TV, and amazing views across the garden and surrounding landscape.

Outside;
Surrounded by lifestyle acreage properties, brilliant sunrises and sunsets, and the pure fragrance of fresh country air. Campania Casa offers fabulous outdoor living options, including alfresco dining, an undercover pizza oven & BBQ, a fire pit under the stars, and a heated pool, bordered by inviting sun lounges. The lounge on the front veranda is a perfect setting for a morning coffee and sunrise views. Help yourself to lemons from the rear orchard, stroll around the gardens or country laneways, or treat yourself to an abundance of local attractions. Gippsland is blessed with magnificent coastlines, excellent wineries & eateries, local produce, and miles of walking and cycling tracks. Plenty of driveway parking available.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
