About this property

Great Escape - Rustic Cabin| Pool Table!| Secluded Gazebo ft. Brand New Hot Tub!

- ALL ADVERTISED "3 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed, an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, and another enclosed bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and daybed located inside. In other words, the bed located in the open loft area of the second floor is considered 1 of the 3 "bedrooms"; please understand, one out of the three bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor.
- This cabin is not advertised as being "handicap accessible" throughout the inside floorplan, however, there is a wheelchair ramp in place of steps to access the main floor of the cabin.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins.
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay.
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, and coffee filters for the coffee maker, are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Spring break week
We stayed for the week with our two adult children plus one of their spouses plus our two small dogs. So, 5 adults total. The property was located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood about 10 minutes from the parkway. Very easy drive on well-maintained roads. The kitchen was well stocked with a brew coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, four-slice toaster, and smooth top stove all in excellent condition. The ice maker in the freezer did not work well but we purchased ice locally. The hot tub was in excellent condition and worked well. Make sure to turn it on when you arrive to heat it up. There is some outside seating on the front porch and in the hot tub area. Not really enough for everyone but it’s in decent shape. Bathrooms were updated but we did run out of hot water when all adults showered in the mornings. There is a stackable washer and dryer but it is in the master bathroom. The back door is difficult to shut, just push it hard to lock it. The front door is key coded. We never did find a pool on the property. But it was not the season for us anyway. Beds are comfortable, with good quality sheets and blankets. There are no closets, only dressers. The seating in the family/living room was ample and looked nice, it was somewhat worn some broken springs it seemed. The video game system was fun with a huge selection, pool table upstairs wasn’t something we used. Spiral staircase. Overall it was a great location and we had an enjoyable week.

Relaxing
The property/cabin was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. All utensils/pots/pans/appliances are very well kept and seem almost brand new. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice.
