Kiwi Bach vibes, lake views, close to town

If you're looking to unwind and are open to the creeks and cosiness of a Lockwood, this is perfect summer spot for you. Lockwood home with lake views, and only a short walk to town. Located near the bus stop, with a playground across the road and a two minute walk to native bush. 5 minute walk to the dairy, fish and chip shop and local bar/restaurant. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the balcony while listening to the bird song and taking in the beautiful Cecil Peak and Lake Wakatipu. Bring your bike and enjoy the world class Wynyard bike park over the road or wander down the hill into town for brunch or cocktails and grab the $2 bus home. NOTE: As we have just purchased the property, the landscaping is not yet complete. This is our home so please be respectful.

Fabulous Fernhill Rd

Native bird chorus and views

This property comes highly recommended, we took our wee dogs and they were at home instantly. The house was cosy and lovely extras were left by the owner - farm-fresh milk and chocolates. A lovely neighbourhood restaurant with amazing pizzas and cocktails was a delight. Very close to everything you want to visit. We’ll be back!

Family friendly & DOG friendly what a fabulous FernHill property.

My family & our boxer dog had an absolutely fabulous stay at this gorgeous FernHill property.It had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay.The views we’re amazing & the numerous walking/biking were so incredible.What a wee gem & would love to be able to come back one day soon.Thanks so much Sarah😊
