Welcome to Brooklyn Beach Abode Walk to the beach!
Park the car and walk to beautiful Safety Beach, an easy 5-minute stroll. This property is in a great location near the beach and shops and has been styled beautifully by our talented styling team. Set up with families in mind, we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great-sized, fully enclosed yard, and a large balcony with outdoor dining. The kids will be entertained with the games room with a table tennis table and separate TV room.

Open plan living space and two lounge seating areas that lead out to the balcony that captures the cool bay breezes.

Evaporative cooling and ducted heating upstairs.

A well-behaved pet is welcome with prior notice. All traces of dog need to be cleaned up prior to departure, and they are not allowed on furniture.

This home has a no-party policy, and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11 pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Overall good

Two levels works well for two families. Easy walk to beach. Was disappointed in the number of things that needed fixing eg only 1 out of 4 lights worked on balcony. Unable to use BBQ due to smell as it hadn’t been cleaned.
