**The Space**

Located on the 6th floor, simple and tasteful furnishings adorn this condo

looking into the Arapahoe National Forest and peeks of the ski run from the

balcony. Enjoy the warmth of gas fireplace while watching your favorite TV

show in the living room.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

A sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
