Beautiful, private, clean and serene 2 bedroom bungalow situated 15 mins from Belleville. If watching nature is your thing you've come to the right place! Chances of watching some wild life such as deer. There is a large deck in the front and rear of the house for entertaining and a sun soaked spacious yard. Very large land space to enjoy walks and other outdoor activities/ entertainments such as fire pit. Very peaceful and quiet area.

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Bungalow. The house is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. Large property with up to 12 parking spaces, a large deck in the front and rear of the house to enjoy. Huge backyard space and front yard space for outdoor activities. Very quiet area for you to enjoy nature during your stay.

Best value for the money; best location

We arrived an hour early for check-in but were treated kindly by the hosts. After some brief confusion the hosts addressed our questions accurately and fully. The location couldn't have been better for our purposes. I can't imagine getting better value from a short-term rental in Quinte for the price.

Peaceful

At 10 min of the 401 hw. Far from evrything and peaceful. We saw 4 rabbits, Deers, turkey... The house Got pretty much evrything you need.

Wonderful enjoyment

I needed a peace of mind away from the city, I run into this property. The property was 40 minutes from sandbanks and also there is a Walmart 15 minutes away. Me and my kids enjoyed are stay to the fullest, full of stencils all kind of drinking cups very clean properly, the property management was communicating with me every time I had a question he come to visit me due to air conditioning leak and the electrician showed up to fix it right away, We had fun at this place and we will rent it again. Thank you for all your help Suren!!

Il nous manquait quelques détails pour l’arrivée, tel que le numéro civique et le code de la porte. Par contre, la propriétaire répondait très rapidement au message que je lui envoyais. Le cuisine et la salle de bain était très propre et fidèle à l’annonce.

Très belle endroit tranquille!! Beaucoup de materiel brisé. Pour le mois de juillet beaucoup de maringouins a partir de 21h. Maison tres grande! Dans un coin loin de la route alors aucun bruit!

Great location and very clean

The house is very well located, about 50 minutes from sandbanks and 40 from Kingston. Very convenient. The kitchen could have better tools to prepare the dishes, it lacks utensils, otherwise it is a beautiful house very clean and well located.

Correct pour un court séjour

Propriété très propre mais beaucoup de matériel est endommagé…. Peu de couvert pour les repas, de serviettes /débarbouillette pour la salle de bain, les toiles et divans sont endommagés, seulement les draps sur les lits. Par contre beaucoup d’espace, endroit très tranquille. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui répond très rapidement.

Great little gem!

We chose this house because of its location and privacy. We did not find it to be too far away from the Sandbanks park or Belleville or Picton. The house is bright and spacious with lots of natural light. There was lots of hot water and the fridge worked well. We used the gas stove but not the oven. We also used the microwave. We did have to bring our own blankets but bed sheets were provided. We enjoyed the covered front porch as well as the large back deck. Best of all is we escaped the blackflies for a few days. There were a few mosquitoes but nothing serious. We sat at the campfire on two occasions. The owner needs to improve some things in this rental. Definitely needs more utensils and dishes. There were no salad bowls or microwaveable casserole dishes with lids. No can opener! No collander to drain pasta/salad greens. Needs some large serving spoons too. The main bath could use a grab bar for seniors to get in and out of the deep tub and it needs a large towel bar for the bath towels. Both bath sinks have no stoppers. No face cloths. The owner needs to provide an information binder on how to operate the smart tv and also sight seeing info, grocery shopping etc. The toaster and dish washer definitely need to be replaced. Once some of these issues are addressed it will be a great rental.
