Wrong keys were given . Very hard to get in contact with the agent to fix problems . They were not that helpful at all. Fry pan was never clean had oil all over it. Very overpriced for what you get .

Not a good start.
On arrival at the office to collect the keys no issues. We arrived at the property to find it had not been cleaned, beds had been slept in. I must say once I made the call to the office they had cleaners arrive very promptly. Another issue was the front screen door was locked and no key, could be an issue if there was a fire. We had to use the garage door when entering or exiting the property.
Really good location & price, I think an upgrade of the lounge room furniture would help.
This house was the perfect size for us and our 3 young children. Spacious kitchen, dinning and lounge room. Small backyard but fine for the kids. Short distances to the beaches and close to shops and clubs for dinners. A few negatives; the kitchen needs a few pots/pans of different sizes as we couldn’t cook properly. The furniture in the lounge-room is super uncomfortable and not enough seating for us 5. Even though it sleeps 7, it doesn’t allow 7 people to be in the loungeroom. The 3 seater lounge was really hard and old. The 2 chairs next to this lounge were also uncomfortable. I found it hard to come back to the house and relax because of this. And I needed to relax after spending a day out with 3 kids. An upgraded lounge is needed and possibly a second lounge to be comfortable without sitting on top of each other. In the main bedroom, the queen bed is soooo hard, I didn’t look forward to going to bed or even lay on it when there was no room for me in the loungeroom. My eldest son said he could feel the springs in the bunk bed, I lay on it and he was right. We considered staying longer for the beach but the comfort level of this house put me off. I couldn’t do it anymore. If this house had better mattresses for the beds and comfortable lounges (there’s plenty of room for another lounge) then I would stay at this place again. But for this reason, we won’t be staying there again. I read the reviews…to the owner, upgrade the furniture. Great house but can’t relax in it.
