Meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated, you will find Xanadu B14 to be the perfect beach retreat! Nestled within a private gated community with elevator and private lobby, you will find this property to be in Flip Flop distance to the New Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza.

Xanadu B14 is a flat style, 4th floor, beautifully furnished one bedroom, one bath villa that has been nicely updated. The kitchen is fully stocked and has full size appliances. The bedding in this villa consists of a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a flat screen TV in both the bedroom as well as the living room. The en-suite bathroom has been renovated and has a walk in shower.

Xanadu has a private pool, tennis on site as well as picnic areas and a grilling site. There are elevators for your convenience and laundry facilities on each floor

Too short!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful until my husband’s back went out on him!! But, we will be back!!!

Great vacation!

The inside of the property was just as pictured. Lovely place to stay for a week. The pool water was clean though the pool deck could use some clean-up.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean but had an old smell that was taken away by scented candles. The bed was an old spring mattress that disturbed your partner when turning over. Location is great for the beach. The staff at the rental office were very professional and courteous. I don’t recommend the Forest Beach bike rental company, bad experience and lots of other companies that offer free delivery and pick up. Overall we were satisfied for a weeks stay.
