*As of 09/24/2025, the HOA advised that the elevator in building F, Wrightsville Dunes will be temporarily out of service as we begin a limited modernization project. This essential work is scheduled to start on October 27 and is expected to be completed by December 12. During this time, the elevator will be inoperable. This header replacement and rust remediation project will also include important upgrades to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of the elevator.*

This gorgeous Wrightsville Dunes condo will surely make you want to stay by the “Sea Forever”. This first floor unit offers updates throughout, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the wonderful amenities that make Wrightsville Dunes an enjoyable and family friendly destination. Tastefully decorated with comfortable costal furnishings this condo will not disappoint!

Upon entering the property, you are enticed down a long hallway that leads you to the fantastic living space with ocean views. The kitchen has been renovated to maximize the space and add to the open concept of this marvelous unit. Outfitted with new cabinetry that features soft close drawers, Quartz countertops, and a large farmhouse sink with garbage disposal – this kitchen is the perfect mix of function and beauty. The is a dining area can seat six people with use of the farmhouse bench making this a great gathering space as it seamlessly flows into the living room and to the ocean front patio beyond. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV which is the best way to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Just off the living room is the ocean front master suite. Complete with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your items, and an ensuite that has a walk-in shower, updated cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The two sound front guest rooms are accessed for the hall near the foyer. The first room is a queen guest room that has new stylish furniture, memory foam mattresses, generous closet space, and a view of the sound. Another guest room that has two twin beds can work great for kids or for additional guests. There is a full bathroom at the end of the hall that services these two bedrooms. A shower tub combo lends itself well to families with children and the marble tile shower and quartz counter tops will wow your guests.

Whether you are in the kitchen preparing a meal, relaxing on the sofa, lounging on the deck, or enjoying the two outdoor pools the ocean is always within sight! The Wrightsville Dunes complex also offers three private beach accesses, spectacular sunset views over the marsh and a tennis court. This is the perfect escape that you and your family have been looking for!

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
