Cozy place, nice atmosphere, close to the beach, pet friendly. 4/5 stars because the pool was drained for our entire visit. We don’t have a pool at home and so we only stay at places with pools and when my kids and I showed up to see a waterless pool we were very disappointed.

We love the island and go every year - this condo was very clean , very pretty and decorated well and great location - the beds were a bit hard for us but not terrible … some noisy neighbors but no big deal - not in the condo except to sleep really - nice snack basket in the kitchen

We had a short weekend trip to Fernandina Beach but this location was perfect. The condo itself was well equipped and in great condition. It was a short walk to the beach and a short ride to downtown. Will definitely stay again.

The condo is updated and clean! Beautiful kitchen and bathroom with a full sized washer and dryer. Laundry pods, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, and snacks were provided for our convenience and comfort. The location was perfect as well, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to visit Amelia Island!
