Clean, big, LOTS of space. They had a pull out bed in addition to the king, queen, and twin..a pull out crib... towels.. a highchair... the TV had netflix/hulu options... the pool was nice. Neighborhood was nice. Overall amazing experience. 👏

Everything you need in a great place.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.Beyond the basics, this place was above and beyond. We were welcomed with a welcome basket as we walked in that had bath/body/hygiene/laundry/etc. item. There was a welcome booklet with all info needed for the property, surrounding areas, emergency info, and much more. All of this alone, made the transition extremely easy.The kitchen was stocked with every possible utensil, pot, Tupperware, and seasoning that you needed. There was also a bag of ice in the freezer for us. The washer/dryer were very nice, efficient, and quick. There was a plethora of towels/etc.The garage had all beach equipment needed-for all ages-must items had duplicates so each kid had their own set of items. This place is large, it has a nice amount of space! We would definitely stay again!!

This house was not cleaned very well, in the master bedroom the mattress is very old the quality is very bad it has indents and the pillows were also uncomfortable. As well as stains there was hair on the bedding and hair in the bathtub. The house especially the garage had a weird smell very similar to ant/insect killing bait which makes sense because we had to deal with multiple cockroaches crawling around

Hi Larysa, Thank you for your comments. We take it seriously when guests let us know we’ve missed the mark. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they asked us to pass along the following:- We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. The mattress and pillows were purchased two years ago as part of regular updates, and we were assured of their quality. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will be adding a mattress topper to enhance comfort.- We regret that the cleaning fell short. While we haven’t had issues in the past, we understand this was disappointing. In response, we’ve hired a new professional cleaning and management company and are conducting a full deep clean of the condo. - We were informed that a mid-stay cleaning was offered by the previous management team, though we understand it was declined.- Regarding pests, Florida’s climate can unfortunately attract insects. We use regular, eco-friendly pest control services to avoid harsher chemicals, but we will increase the frequency of treatments to help prevent future issues.- As for the odor in the garage, we’ve learned it was caused by mothballs placed by the former management company. These have now been removed, and the garage is scheduled for pressure washing as part of our deep cleaning efforts.We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us continue to improve and support the homeowner in delivering the 5-star experience they’re known for.

Amazing Place

The home was beautiful and all around amazing. Very quick response by manager to assist in replacing an item in the house that quit working. Text the issue and it was solved in less than an hour! Great place. Would stay there again and recommend to others as well.

The residence was excellent! Had one problem - the master bed was terrible- much too soft a mattress - had much trouble sleeping and even getting out of the bed. Not our cup of tea!

Spacious condo w/great community pool and hot tub

The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The bedrooms were far enough away so you didn't hear any conversations. It was very quiet as you couldn't hear any neighbors with the shared walls either. The kitchen only had salt and pepper, so be sure to bring some spices if you will be cooking. There were basic cooking supplies and an ice maker in the freezer, so that was nice to have. The bathrooms had an adequate supply of towels, soap and toilet paper. It is walkable to the pool area which is nice to not have to drive. The kitchen is a little dated, but overall a thumbs up. Nice and clean too!

Clean but Dated & Dim Villa/Condo

The community was nice, friendly, but dated, esp our condo/villa. Comfortable and clean, but in need of updating. LOW toilets and counters. Everything white and Formica (pink Formica furniture in bedrooms, grandma furniture in living room). Kitchen nicely stocked, but microwave cheap, rattley, and noisy. Very dim natural lighting due to villas on both sides and lack of overhead lighting except in kitchen and bath. Smart TV NOT connected to internet. We had to buy an Ethernet cable to enjoy Netflix and other options so we had evening entertainment.
