About the host
Hosted by Michelle Cann

Hi we are Barry and Michelle Cann and are your hosts for PeliCann Sands.
We have loved renovating our beach house which is now spacious, modernised but still cosy. We now like to share our house for others to enjoy too.
We bought our house back in 2003, what locals called a "Loch Sport special". The house had the old green floral carpets which had been tacked down with the tack still poking out enough to stub your toe on. Walls coated in a cacky green paint and a small yellow L shaped kitchen that didn't have enough room to poke a stick in.

Why they chose this property
We love the sound of quietness in the winter, relaxing in front of the fireplace with a red wine all cosy and warm. The fresh clean air blowing in from the lake or the ocean, the magical sunsets especially from the pub and watching the native animals. In summer we love sitting on the beach under our gazebo with the kids, swimming, boating and fishing. Then after a day at the beach, coming back to an air conditioned home to cool down after a hot summer's day.
What makes this property unique
Our large front deck has relaxing couches to basch in the sunshine, and a bbq to cook your favourite foods. If it's raining you are sheltered from the elements. We are also situated close to the beach and walking paths.
