Beautifully remodeled courtyard-facing condo with all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, cable, Wifi, washer & dryer, and outdoor grill. Enjoy our fantastic Phoenix weather on the cool East-facing private patio that's nicely shaded in the afternoon. This condo is light and bright and feels more like a home than a condo. Very unique property.
Amazing “Arcadia Lite” location near upscale shopping & resorts, such as The Arizona Biltmore, The Phoenician, and Royal Palms Resort, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. There are over 35 restaurants within 1 mile of the condo, many within walking distance. Enjoy a great hike at nearby Camelback Mountain or Piestewa Peak (known to locals as “Squaw Peak”). Close to downtown Phoenix, Convention Center, Spring Training facilities, the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden.
Single level unit, solid block construction with no neighbors above or below, and no interior steps. Assigned covered parking just steps away from the unit. Sparkling community pool a short walk from the condo.
There's a lockbox on the front door, so you can check in anytime after 3:00 on your day of arrival. I will do my best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Just message me.

My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have a beautiful 10 year-old son and a sweet little rescue dog named Wesley. We love going off-roading and exploring the desert in our Jeep, walking the dog, and going for family bike rides. We also enjoy trying out new restaurants all over town (so many great choices!), and going for hikes when the weather is cooler. I believe in being involved in my community, and on Tuesdays I volunteer delivering meals to homebound seniors. I do work full-time as a real estate broker, but I get to set my own schedule, which gives me time for volunteering, and picking up and dropping off my little boy from school.
Why they chose this property
I've been selling real estate since 2005, and I can honestly say I've seen it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly. So when I came across this condo, I knew I had found a gem. For starters, you can't beat the location. Arcadia is "HOT"! Some of the area's most popular restaurants and bars are within walking distance to this condo. Old Town Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away, as is the airport and downtown Phoenix. The condo is close to great shopping (Biltmore Shopping Center & Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall), resorts, hiking, downtown Phoenix, Spring Training facilities, freeways, etc. Not only is the location fantastic, the condo itself is beautiful! This was an opportunity I couldn't pass up, so I bought it!
What makes this property unique
I love the mid-century modern architecture of this condo with all the units facing a lush green courtyard. And who can resist a red front door! Sitting on the couch, you can look out onto the courtyard, and feel a nice breeze coming in from the back patio when the sliding door is open. There's lots of natural light coming into the unit. I especially love the fact that this condo is made of solid block and is all on 1 level with no neighbors above or below. Believe me, that's very hard to find in a condo! Despite being in the middle of everything, there is no road noise and the condo is very quiet and relaxing. I can't wait to share our condo with you!
