The house was beautiful. Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with stand up showers, great. The refrigerator was beginning to fall apart as it would not get fully cold and ice dispenser would not drop ice. Found several light bulbs not working or missing. Other than that, the home was very comfortable and we felt really safe in the neighborhood.

We were disappointed with some things in our rental. There was only one large pot, light bulbs were out and some that had previously been replaced were replaced with LED, making the warm white and clear white light a distraction. There were no porch lights. Two bath towels per bath was a challenge for a 7-day stay, especially if the females used one as a hair towel. No bathmats in the bathrooms, one towel in the kitchen, and one dishcloth. Insufficient amount of dishwasher pods and paper towels. Back door does not lock, and the strong winds one day kept blowing it open. The TV is a whole different matter, it was awful --- not being able to watch network channels (NBC, CBS, ABC) prevented us from local news and sports. Only having streaming services is not helpful. Instructions for the remotes would be helpful, along with what is available on the TV (cable vs streaming). We had to buy hangers as there were none.

Great Branson Stay!

Our family of six adults and one pre-teen had a great stay of three nights over spring break here. The property was spacious and well-maintained and supplied. It is located on a golf course - with quiet surroundings and easy access. For my first VRBO rental experience, it was great and I'll be looking for more rentals on family vacations.

Holiday Get Away

I would highly recommend this property. We walked in and were welcomed with a beautiful Christmas tree! The set up was perfect for my family because it was all one level and everything was easily accessible for my parents who are in their 80’s. The gas fireplace was such a plus as well. The villa was very clean and decorated beautifully. The one suggestion I might give is to have toiletries for showering and maybe a few coffee pods for the first morning. The location is truly close to all attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Only one remote worked for 5 tvs. Manager emailed on Mon she would pick up one TV box and never came to get it or reply to my 2 email responses. No toiletries or enough paper towels, dish soap, or trash bags for 6 night stay. Very or service.

Property not maintained well

Kitchen appliances not operational. Upon entering front door saw lots of cob webs and spider webs. Had not been cleaned out for long time. Door to rear deck not working. No grab bars in bathroom or in shower. No DVD player which we find as standard. In-adequate bathroom linens Bedroom were very small, maybe too small.

Absolutely loved this house. Each time we go to Branson, we stay in one of the houses on Mulligan and this one has been my favorite so far, and we have been doing this for more years than I can tell you. Very warm and welcoming and super clean!

Perfect for 4 ladies. 4 bedrooms with 4 master bathrooms with large walk in showers. Large living space One story with one step up for entry. Beautiful decor. Private balcony looking at large trees. Awesome place to bring your husbands too especially if they are golfers

Celebrating Family Christmas

Property is lovely and very clean. Lacked enough coffee cups, dishwasher pods coffee filters and we had to ask for a Christmas tree. Little disappointed for the cost.

Perfect Space for Family Gatherings

We loved how spacious it was for our group of 8 adults. We wanted a place we could hang out and play games, and it was perfect. The only issue was the ice maker on the refrigerator. There was ice, but it wouldn’t dispense. We read that a previous guest had mentioned the same problem, but apparently was ignored by management. We pulled out the tray and discovered ice was packed in the back of the dispenser. The reason was because the arm that stops the ice maker when it’s full was missing. We emptied the ice container and the missing arm was wrapped around the auger. We enjoyed our stay.
