Ideally located in the heart of the PYRENEES; independent house (3 Clévacances), capacity: 5 people maximum, chalet style, on the southern slope, overlooking the valley. Quiet, recent construction near LUZ-ST-SAUVEUR and all shops. From the 3 SKI STATIONS in the valley: BAREGES-GRAND TOURMALET, GAVARNIE and LUZ-ARDIDEN. At the gates of the PYRENEES NATIONAL PARK (fauna and flora) and its major sites: CIRQUE de GAVARNIE, PIC du MIDI de BIGORRE (astrology), waterfalls of CAUTERETS, LOURDES (sanctuaries) at 30km, Pyrenean passes (Tourmalet, Aubisque, Soulor .....) THERMALISM in LUZ-ST-SAUVEUR and BAREGES, - MOUNTAINEERING: medium and high mountain races, hikes and excursions (guides office in Luz). ALL LEISURE: swimming pools, tennis, fitness at the thermal baths, and sports linked to the mountain environment.(fishing in lakes, vias ferratas, acrobatic courses, canyoning, ...) PASTORALISM and its traditions in summer. -ANIMALS: accepted with owner's agreement (only 1 dog per stay and small). Holiday checks accepted.

Goed bereikbare locatie met een mooi uitzicht op het dorp en de omgeving. Je loopt zo het dorp in met alle voorzieningen voor de boodschappen en restaurants. Een sfeervolle plaats (Luz). Vanuit deze locatie kun je mooie dagtrips in de omgeving maken.In de woning is alles aanwezig maar als opmerking hebben we dat het bed en matras vervangen mag worden voor iets moderners.

L'annonce correspond au produit. Maison très calme, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Il n'y avait pas de neige, mais énormément de randonnée à réaliser aux alentour. Nous reviendrons !!

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très bien placée pour aller à pieds au centre ville de Luz St Sauveur et faire des randonnées dans les alentours. Le confort de la maison peut être amélioré notamment sur la literie de la chambre d'en-bas, comme je l'ai fait remarquer à notre hôtesse très sympathique.

Vue magnifique sur les montagnes

Nous sommes arrivés en famille un 24 décembre fin de journée, pas de chauffage et frigo éteint, toilettes sales, toiles d'araignées, et vaisselles sales. Aucun produit d'entretien, pas de sac poubelle et une fin de rouleau papier toilette, bref pas très cool. La propriétaire nous a dit que c'était normal, elle ne vérifie et nettoie pas après les locataires quand aux équipements et produits, elle ne fera rien. Quel dommage quand on a un gîte et un emplacement pareil! Le gîte est spacieux et agréable à vivre sur les hauteurs d'esquieze, nous avons passé un très bon moment, attention pour les moins sportif ça grimpe beaucoup !

La maison est accueillante mais il faut noter qu'on renouvelle les appareils peu à peu et on y retrouve un mélange de nouveau et pas si nouveau. Vue fantastique et peu de voisins, de voitures, etc. Près de tous les services mais les courses en voiture. Le coin jardin est un peu petit et s'il fait chaud, il n'y a pas d'ombre, pour en profiter. Très recommandable pour se reposer et respirer la montagne.
