This light and bright 1 bedroom plus loft, one bathroom condo is perfect for a
family Mountain getaway. Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just
a short walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy
area with picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek ideal spot for kids to
fish, run free, and enjoy the great outdoors. The upstairs deck enjoys
beautiful Mountain Range and Forest views and, being a corner end unit, gets
great natural light and privacy. The living room offers a flatscreen TV and a
wood-burning fireplace to gather around with plenty of seating for the whole
family. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steels appliances and dining
area for 6 offer a great space for preparing meals and family gatherings. The
master bedroom on the lower level features a Queen bed, and the loft upstairs
also offers a Queen bed plus Futon. There is one bathroom with shower/tub
combo and a separate vanity sink area for all to share. This unit offers a
private BBQ gas grill on the deck, perfect for summer time cooking with the
family. A bonus additional open loft space from the enclosed loft provides
even more space to spread out! The home offers a washing machine only, and
drying rack (no clothes dryer). The Snowcreek community offers an enclosed
year-round hot tub spa, just steps from the entrance to the condo. All guests
receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy
facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,
yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps up to 4 people,
comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, no smoking permitted and one dog is
permitted (additional pets on approval only). This condo is an upstairs unit
with approximately 15 steps to the front door access, two levels inside.
Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes. If more parking is
required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative
