Cabin in the Sky, Ski In and Out, With Beautiful Views, ski to Canyon or Eagle

Our modern "cabin in the sky" condo is on the slopes by Canyon Lodge. With amazing views of the mountain and forest, this ski in out is 50 yards walk to the snow to get onto the snow near the runs of Chair #8. On the way back, ski to the driveway on a groomed run and then walk down to the front door. You can also walk a bit further to access the ski run to Eagle Lodge. This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2.25 bathroom condominium that can sleep 6-7 people. With a wall of windows facing the ski resort you'll be staring out the windows all day long ... if you're not on the slopes. You can also ride your mountain bike off the track to the front door.

Indoor Living: This condo features all hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all new custom furniture. It has a real wood fireplace, wood provided, private laundry and the fastest Wi-Fi available in Mammoth. The 3 TVs can stream all your favorite premium channels. There is also a workspace for the digital nomads.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with all the basics, including a regular and Keurig coffee makers, microwave, stove, fridge and dishwashers. There is also a propane BBQ on the deck for summer cooking.

Amenities: Spa, Sauna, Gym and seasonal Pool and central laundry. And of course, mountain access.

Layout: This is a two story condo; on the first floor of a two story building with soundproof ceilings. You enter on the lower floor main level, and go down one floor for bedrooms and bathrooms.

The first floor is the wall of windows, the kitchen, living room and queen sleeper sofa. BBQ on the deck, guest bathroom and private laundry.

The second floor has the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a small deck off the second bedroom.

The bed layout that sleeps 6-7 is:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed with laptop workspace, TV
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed plus a Twin Bed, TV, small outdoor patio
Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The community area has an indoor spa, seasonal pool with lounge chairs and gorgeous views, and there is a small workout gym. There is also a quiet reading room and community laundry.

Note: You must be an intermediate skier to do the ski in out. In winter, you must have 4 wheel drive or a car with chains on. There is one garage space (7' 0") and one outside parking. The garage holds one average size car. High boys and oversized vehicles will have to park in uncovered guest parking.

Accessibility: There are stairs down to the front door, and an interior set of stairs down to the bedrooms.
