Great stay!
We loved the condo! It was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Close to the slopes—but not walkable. Everything was very clean and we had zero problems. We would definitely stay here again!
Great property location. We skied all day, came back and enjoyed some time in the pool before making dinner. A great location and we'd stay again. If you have really young kids, the table is bar height and a little challenging to manage littles.
This was a wonderful place to get away from the heat in Las Vegas. The property managers were friendly and helpful. We hiked in a beautiful area and there was a lot to see. I would go there again.

The owner stocked this condo really well to cover all of our needs. Great ceiling fan, extra pillows, extra towels, wine glasses.
The property is okay but the copper chase facility is old. Needs updating.

Hi Lemuel, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
While the common areas of the complex could use some updating, our condo was recently remodeled, as shown by the photos.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
I gave one star because I'm required to in order to leave a review. This place is straight out of a Stephen King horror movie. NOTHING is as advertised. THIS BUILDING SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. Black mold every where..we checked out early

Hi Dawn, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The condo is accurately represented in the listing photos and has been remodeled to provide a comfortable stay.- A professional cleaning team services the unit regularly, and no mold has been reported.- We responded immediately to your concerns and offered to have the facilities manager investigate, but this offer was politely declined.- While the overall building is older, we have no control over the common areas or the quality of the snow conditions. We appreciate your feedback as we strive to provide a great experience for every guest.

This unit is great. Exactly as advertised and had just what we needed. It was super clean and updated. The building itself is pretty run down-the elevator wasn’t working, holes in the ceiling with caution tape and warn carpet that seemed really dirty. The jacuzzi never really got warm and I never saw anyone at reception to ask any questions. We would stay here again because of the unit but the building needs some work.

Summer getaway
This vacation condo was perfect for our family of four. It's located on the third floor and was close to the store. Quiet. And affordable. The condo had everything already and we bought were food to cook. The host communicated before hand that the elevators were broken but despite that we loved it ! We slept well. My kids had no complaints and the instructions for check in were clear and convenient! The pool was great. The deck and grill were nice to have. And sauna was great to have too.

A little misleading
My son had booked this place because it stated there was a pool and hot tub. To our surprise when we arrived both are under construction. I just wish we would have known that up front because we probably would have chosen a different location. The place was very nice and no other issues just the pool and hot tub.
Overall the room itself was as described! It was fairly clean, tidy, and had plenty of supplies for a quick weekend trip. The condo itself was so poorly maintained. The hot tub as advertised was not available, sauna was not working, spa was not working, the pool looked like it desperately needed cleaned, there were ceiling repairs happening that were not well contained, air hockey table was broken… we did find shaven hair on the shower walls upon arrival, but aside from that the place was very clean. To say the least we were thankful that we were able to access the ski resort easily and that we were spending most of our weekend skiing and not inside the condo. The host did make check-in very simple and did communicate well.I hope these problems are able to be resolved as this could be a lovely rental!

Perfect location
Very cozy place to stay for a weekend getaway with the family. First stop of the shuttle from the resort. The indoor heated pool was a great outlet to drain kids’ energy at night. However, suggest to add a bigger flat pan to the kitchen accessories. The little pot was hard to cook for a family of 4.
I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Brian Head. There were two of us that stayed but it would accommodate 4 comfortably. The condo was clean, decorated very cute which made you feel at home and had everything that we needed. It was a quite property too. The view out the windows was amazing. Easy mountain access and easy access from the parking garage to the unit.
We had a great stay and Earl was a great host who was always easy to get a hold of if we had a question. The location is perfect and right next to the ski resort. We have two kids and they loved the small slopes next to the building that were perfect for sledding. We would love to stay there again. Brian Head is the perfect ski resort if you have kids.
