Step inside to a bright and inviting living area featuring a large sectional sofa, Smart TV with Roku, and dining table with seating for six. Sliding door opens directly onto the patio, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor flow for enjoying sunny days and warm evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:

First aid kit and fire extinguisher for your peace of mind

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When leaving, lock the front door using the electronic locking mechanism. (Just pull door tight and hit the "lock" picture on keypad) making sure it worked.
Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked and all lights are turned off. Please turn off the central heat and air once leaving the house.
Please make sure all garbage is disposed in provided can next to garage outside. Please place all used towels into showers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
