The Good Stuff is a beautiful beachfront home with stunning 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico -from almost anywhere in the house! Watch the sun rise from the deck, or just take a few steps and you're onto the beach yourself.

This luxurious, over 2000 square foot home comfortably sleeps 15, and features tasteful beach decor and comfortable furnishings with room for the whole family, including an enormous kitchen with bar seating and a dining room table that seats 12. The living area has sectional seating and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare family meals, including a regular drip coffee maker for those sunrise mornings!

There is a primary suite on the top level of the home, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second suite with a king bed on the main floor. Two more guest bedrooms have a king size bed in each. The 5th bedroom will amaze your children - it is a pirate-themed bunk room that can sleep 7! The room includes a full over full bunk bed; a bunk set with 3 twin beds and a bunk set with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms include televisions, and high speed internet is available so that you can stream your favorite shows and utilize your own devices.

While the upstairs deck has amazing views, you can also relax downstairs - there is ample parking for all your guests, as well as a charcoal grill. And if you want to get out and visit the rest of the Crystal Beach community, you're just minutes from local restaurants and shops!

The Good Stuff is the perfect place to relax and make memories with family and friends; come enjoy this perfect location!

Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with additional fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The Good Stuff

This house was prefect and the location on the beach was beautiful. It was all we expected it to be also management was great they responded quickly when we needed them. We enjoyed our time there.

Loved the location. Wasn’t very clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. We also wish there would have been an outdoor shower. We didn’t have one so we ended up getting sand all in the house and only found a broom with no dust pan. I recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets! I will say the AC worked great and the house had all the cooking utensils we needed.

Family Friendly Beach House

The Good Stuff (house name) is right on the beach which was super! That being said, vehicles are allowed on the beach in this area so keep that in mind if you have small children. Not everyone behind the wheel is attentive! The house was big enough for 9 adults and 5 kids to sleep and hang out comfortably. Like most beach houses, there are areas that could use a little TLC but the house really did fit our family’s needs well. The 4 main bedrooms all had comfortable king size beds and the bunk bed room housed all 6 grandkids. Sitting on the deck allowed views of the beach as far as the eye could see. Nice place!

This house was perfect for our family gathering! We had a wonderful time! The beach was great! This was a fun for everyone vacation. We all got to sit at one table together to eat our meals and everybody got to go to bed when they wanted and get up when they wanted. The linen service wasn't that great. For the amount that was charged, we could have gone to Target or WalMart and purchased what was provided. The towels smelled like mildew and the toilet paper was terrible!! A quick trip to the store fixed that, tho. We still had an awesome time!!

Great house and location - needs TLC

This property has a great layout and is wonderfully located steps away from the beach. The large table and family area were perfect for our family. The house, however, needs inside paint and attention to general maintenance such as missing door knobs and slow draining sinks. It also needs a deep clean as we found garments in closets from previous guests, items left under the couch, as well as dirty dishes, cabinets, and refrigerator. The upper floor MBR door wasn’t functional and apparently hasn’t been for awhile. The linens, although packaged, did it appear clean. Not sure if these items are up to the owner or the management company, but something needs to be done so other guests can enjoy this property.

Reviewer Comments: First off I want to say that our family eight had a wonderful time staying together Iat The Good Stuff house..The layout of the house was wonderful and just steps from the beach ...The view from the kitchen, massive dining room table that that seated all eight of us comfortably and living room Couch was awesome. The bedrooms were very roomy also. The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and the view off the private deck was awesome .. The large deck which were used 99% of the time was fantastic.. A few cleaning supplies, like a broom, hand soap, dish soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap, Storage bags ,trash bags would be appreciated. Website only said paper products.. The reason I rated the house 4 Was because the ceiling fans all Very dirty ..master bedroom upstairs By the door out to the balcony, the light plate was missing and exposed wires plus the blinds for the windows were in the closet on the floor.. needed to be put back up to make the room darker to sleep.. In the jack and Jill bathroom on the first floor sink left side, clogged. Behind The bed there’s a plate missing also for you to plug in your charger more wires exposed.The kitchen cabinets by the sink could really use a refresh coat of paint. They were all chipping and flaking..This may sound like a lot but it’s just regular maintenance to keep this house in top shape and rated a number 5 and well worth the price for you to stay in The Good Stuff.. all in all, our stay was what our family wanted! I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in the house had not been cleaned it look like the people before us had just left. The floor was not swept or mopped, rugs not vaccines, counters not clean. The refrigerator was filthy. Had to call and have them send some people to come clean it but we ended up cleaning most of it ourselves so we can unpack our stuff, the cabinets are in terrible condition. One Cabinet door was broke,the pots pans and dishes in the cabinets had to be re-washed to use, the Bathroom Doorhandle is about to come off the door, One of the bedrooms, the door wouldn’t even shut , the drain in the bathroom was stopped up. Even the bedroom furniture didn’t look like it had been wiped off in a long time. Very disappointed in the condition of this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house needs some major love and a deep clean. The blankets in the bunk room were scratchy and didn't smell good. The comforters on the beds in all other bedrooms need to be washed! we brought our own blankets and I'm glad we did. The linens that came with the house at an extra cost were cheap and not comfortable. The shower curtains had mold all over them and there is mold coming out of the vents in the ceiling. The FULLY stocked kitchen is a joke. I would not use any of that stuff if you paid me. The cabinets are full of disgusting pots, pans, cutting boards, bowls etc.. that are just thrown in there and if you try to take something out the entire pile falls out, not to mention it all needed to be washed. thank goodness we brought paper plates and plastic silverware. The fridge is cold but not cold enough in my opinion. The chairs on the patio are very uncomfortable and you can't see over the balcony railing when you sit in them. The mat outside the front door was a scrap of turf that has seen better days, it has no functionally at all. The house has a mildew problem clearly, the smell hits you in the face when you walk in. The only thing we liked about this house was the beach front access, the bedroom / bathroom layout and the themed bunk room. We will not rent this house again.

The condition was worn and needed general maintenance, which the property manager took notes and pictures to address (I hope). The humidity in the house was marked, with mildew around several a/c vents, mildew on one of the shower curtains and the front door leaking air/humidity from outside and the upstairs master requiring a dehumidifier, which we emptied three to four times a day. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house, despite the attention needed. I hope the issues are addressed, because it is a great house in a great location!

You can see for miles both directions and setting up cabana tents and lawn chairs right in front of the place is great. Our only complaint would be that the service for the huge TV in the living area is awful. What happened to the Direct TV service or maybe even a FireStick. Watching old Bonanza reruns and/or no service at all was disappointing. Also, with exception.of the kids room, the TVs in each guest guest room had no working remotes. The television in the 1st room to the left had no service at all. Also there is a spot in the kitchen floor that literally feels like the subflooring is failing. It appears the refrigerator has had an ongoing leak that may have caused an issue. We also loved the fact that there is an elevator onsite but very disappointed that it was not in service for us to rent to use. Otherwise, great place to form some great family memories.

Easter 2023 at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did have a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It is very nice and spacious. The location was perfect directly on the beach. We were a little disappointed that the lift was not working. My mother of 79 was only able to walk up to the cabin and then remain inside and on the deck until departure. She was unable to go to beach and ride golf cart and go to dinner. The gas bbq pit shown was not there, and the smokey bbq pit had no handle. The one and only door to the top deck was out of order. Several lights were out throughout the cabin. And it appeared they did some sheetrock work in bathroom on 2nd floor since droppings were on the floor. Overall, I would rent again, just making sure everything was in good working order. Very nice cabin and location was awesome for grandchildren.

We loved the chairs in the deck and all of the windows looking out on the beach. Our grandson loved the pirate and submarine bedroom. We didn’t know of the mandatory linen charge so be aware of that, and found out that we couldn’t use the master suite deck - that was a little disappointing. Everything else was nice. Make sure to bring your own soaps, shampoo and extra toilet paper. The grill was a small Weber. It looks bigger in the photo.

Located right on the beach, the gulf is 50 yards from the house with direct access through the dune. The house could use some upkeep with some maintenance issues which we reported to Swedes. Loved our stay and would stay there again.
