It sleeps a maximum of six adults with the pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also an office/craft room with a lot of built-in storage and a desk. Best of all, you will enjoy amazing views of the Santa Rita mountains from the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and while relaxing outside on the covered patio. The backyard is fully-enclosed with a brick fence and a wrought iron gate.

This home is three blocks away from one of the newest and largest recreation centers in Green Valley. Santa Rita Springs is Green Valley Recreation’s largest social center. This center features a fitness center with Paramount fitness equipment, four meeting rooms, dance studio complete with a wooden dance floor, art studio, clay studio, computer lab, camera club, swimming pool, spa, kitchen and 11,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space. As a guest you, will have access to this and 11 other Green Valley recreation centers for a small fee - $60 per month per person (payable to the GVR). There is also a 1-mile paved path around the neighborhood that connects to the historic Anza Trail, which is another very popular desert walking trail. Green Valley has six public golf courses nearby.

The Springs is a gated, age-restricted community; one renter must be at least 55 years old.
