Bright spacious home with beautiful panoramic mountain views from the living room, primary suite and the patio. In addition to the large living room, there is a den with a reclining sofa for TV time or reading. The primary suite features a king adjustable bed, large walk in closet and full bathroom with shower and bidet. The guest room features a queen adjustable bed and close access to a full bath.
The home is part of the Green Valley Recreation District with its endless opportunities for activities. It is also close to the road that takes you to Madera Canyon for world class birdwatching and many miles of hiking trails for all levels of adventure.
The community is 55+ and at least one adult in the home must be 55+.
