Banyan Beach is steps to the sugary white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria. With no streets to cross and west of Gulf Drive, your vacation oasis couldn't be any closer to the sand, surf and sea.

The main living level features a stylish kitchen complete with ample workspace for the cook in the family. The kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for eight which is adjacent to the comfortable living room. The living space is bathed in natural light and offers patio doors to the verandah with more dining for six and cozy outdoor sectional lounge seating.

On this floor, you will find four of the five bedrooms including two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms also features two additional twin bunk beds over the queen. The third floor is home to the master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and an attached bonus room with twin bunkbeds. Each bedroom includes a TV. Our professional linen service provides crisp linens in the bedrooms and plush towels in the bathrooms. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The tropically landscaped backyard is your own private oasis for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the heated pool and relax poolside in a lounge chair while enjoying the island breezes. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from the beach. The outdoor kitchen with built in grill makes dining at the poolside patio table an excellent way to enjoy a meal. Additional outdoor fun includes ping pong, corn hole and a putting green.

Pool level fun continues in the game room which is complete with a pool table, arcade game, and large screen TV.

Banyan Beach is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

The house was great in every way you could hope for —near the beach, heated pool, plenty to do for adults and kids, short walk to the island trolley, and had a responsive owner who addressed the few very minor issues we had. Cannot recommend more.

Our stay at Banyan Beach was incredible. The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The house is also very well stocked with everything you may need including lots of supplies for the beach. We loved the short walk to the beach too! The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed all the deck spaces this house has. We had so much fun using all the fun amenities such as the pool table, ping pong, etc. We loved this house so much we already booked it again for next year!

Beautiful home! Easy walk on the beach path at the end of the driveway! Quiet location. My husband needed to use the elevator for his wheelchair. Worked perfectly. Would have been nice to have some grab bars in the master bath for him. Plenty of beach towels and toys

Winter Break '24

Banyan Beach is a beautiful home, meticulously furnished and decorated, just steps from the beach. The house has every convenience and toy a family could want, from beach equipment to multiple refrigerators to Golden Tee. You can have coffee on the screened porch, then walk 50 steps to the beach access and you are on a huge, uncrowded, sugar sand beach. Lots of beach towels provided. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Next time I visit, I'll get a golf cart. They look like fun. Overall, five stars.

Our stay at Banyan Beach was perfect! We loved everything about the house. The beach access was very close (one house away). The pool and indoor/outdoor area was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. They had a small tent, small umbrella, ice chest, wagon, chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and one pack and play. Everything imaginable in kitchen was provided - air fryer, toaster oven, blender, Keurig, regular drip coffee maker and all other necessities. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids and it was PERFECT!

Fabulous stay on the island

Fabulous location steps to the beach, easy walking/biking to shops / ice cream / restaurants and wonderful amenities at the house. Everything that could be needed was there from kitchen utensils to a beach cart and beach chairs. The house itself was just as pictured. Beautiful throughout. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The kids spent hours making up challenges on the putting green, and we had a lovely evening cooking on the outdoor grill and hanging out by the pool before walking to the beach for sunset. A couple of minor maintenance issues (slow drain and dishwasher leaking) were dealt with right away. The property managers are super attentive and communication was great. Can't say enough good things!

IMMACULATE INCREDIBLE PROPERTY!

This place is the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in! Truly all you need to bring is your swimsuit!!! Even had beach toys, towels, and chairs AND an amazing beach cart! We had 7 adults and 4 Little’s and everyone LOVED it!!! Only one house away from beach! Incredible heated pool with outdoor kitchen! Great north AMI location! Home is so comfortable! Indoor and outdoor furniture the most comfortable and luxurious ever! Beds slept great! Elevator was a must for me with knee and foot problems! Seemed like a brand new property! Would definitely stay here again….if we can afford it! Thank you owners for sharing your LOVELY PIECE OF PARADISE WITH US! We will never forget it!

Nice home close to beach. Property is very similar to photos. The beach is close and not very busy due to lack of access for public. House was well equipped for trips to beach which was nice with kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was not as clean as it should’ve been and cleaners left garbage outside. Key code didn’t work when we arrived on a Saturday after hours. This was rectified by calling the emergency number. The pool was almost unusable due to mosquitos and wasn’t very clean. During our stay the Host scheduled an inspection, electrical maintenance, and called and said they needed to come pick up a tablet from the house. This seemed inappropriate. Overall nice property, but would not stay there again.

Family Vacation

This place is awesome!!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and hang out. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach and all the things this house has to offer. Loved having the alarm on the doors to the pool so the little kids could get to the pool without us knowing. The beach cart was great to have along with all the beach toys and chairs. Place was clean and very nice. This place allowed us to really enjoy our vacation. Could not say enough great things about this place.

Perfect and memorable stay at Banyan Beach

The house exceeded our expectations! The interior is impeccably decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with space for everything. The living and dining rooms had plenty of space and felt very open. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened porch off the main living area. The grounds are just gorgeous -- lots of exotic plants and everything is very well maintained. The pool is wonderful and kept very clean. We traveled with toddlers and LOVED the pool alarms -- they gave us a lot of peace of mind. The bedrooms were all beautiful, especially the master. And the location -- well, the location can't be beat. Literal steps to the beach path! We had a very minor maintenance question, and it was revolved quickly and without hassle. We love, love, loved our stay and would love to come visit again. Thank you!

Beautiful house, Great location

Beautiful, extremely clean, well-equipped home. You don’t need anything other than clothes, beach chairs, toys, towels are provided. The pool and the many games around the house kept everyone busy when we weren’t at the beach. Just one home between this house and the beach - a very short walk. Close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our week there.
