Great house and just as described. My husband and 3 kids stayed there for a couple nights and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stoked with the essentials pots/pans/etc for cooking on site.

We’re also glad the kitchen was well-equipped for your needs during your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and taking the time to share your experience, and we would be happy to welcome you back in the future.
Great home and get away. We stayed over Christmas and really enjoyed our experience. There is WIFI but it’s not reliable as described so be mindful of that when booking. It’s also located about 20 miles from Broken Bow with very limited shopping but we had everything we needed and enjoyed the home and amenities.

The property was clean and spacious. The road in was a bit strenuous to get to the property but worth the seclusion.

We wanted a remote place to get away and disconnect and this place delivers! It’s cute and clean. We were feeling a little adventurous one day and ventured out to Hochatown which was delightful.

Hi Cassandra, this owner asked us to pass along the following response: "Thank you for the review. We are pleased to hear you found the property comfortable. We hope we can host you again in the future."
We had a short trip planned, arriving Friday evening, leaving Sunday morning, and unfortunately it rained all day Saturday so all we could do was look out on that wonderful back porch and wish we could have enjoyed it. Otherwise the house was very comfortable and accommodated our group; beds were very comfortable.

Hi Hallie, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality for our property and provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience.- Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. Bringing up your concerns as instructed in the pre-stay email would have allowed us to take immediate action to address your issues at the time of your stay. - We apologize as the grill grate was an oversight on our part, and we wish you had notified us about it as we would have made sure to replace it. - We recognize the plug-in problem in the bathroom. Our cleaning staff noticed upon their arrival that it was caused by a tripped breaker. It's not uncommon for items like steak knives to go missing or be accidentally taken by guests, and unfortunately, we were not aware of their absence. We always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can quickly resolve any concerns. Regarding the grill, it's regularly power-washed after each use, but occasionally the entire grill is taken to a neighboring property, leaving the grate behind.- For guest use, we provide dish rags, soap, and a dishwasher, but we don't supply sponges. We apologize for any inconvenience and would have been more than happy to assist if you had contacted us while at the property. Every vacation rental is different and as we aim for full transparency, our listing details and photos accurately advertise what we offer so guests can decide if our home fits their needs. We truly do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Overall the house was awesome. Very secluded and lots of land around it. My party and I had some trouble getting to the property, but once you’re there it easy to recall. Unfortunately, there was no wifi which made it hard for myself and family . If you have AT&T or US cellular, that is a win for you. If you’re looking to just relax and enjoy some peace quiet in nature this is the right spot.
If you are wanting to get away from it all, this is a perfect destination. Once you turn off the main highway, you were alone. The house was very clean and put together. Everything we needed for our stay was there.
Loved the house. It is secluded. Neighbors aren't far away, but you feel like your by yourself. Fully stocked home with brand new remodel and furniture. It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. They even have family games to use. It is a wonderful family getaway. Be sure and visit the petting zoo and pirates cove when you stay.
This was a wonderful experience. This house has all the amenities you need. So comfortable and even though in the mountains, I would say “accessible “. Just follow the instructions (very clear). Not far from Broken Bow “downtown” area. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Deer in the morning near the house. So cute! Wifi is challenging, but if you sit outside front porch wait awhile you get a couple bars. Overall experience- Excellent!!!!
