Your holiday begins as soon as you feel the ocean breeze on entry to this stunningly renovated apartment.
No expense has been spared in this renovation, the kitchen has VJ cupboards, stone benchtops, penny-round tile backsplash, integrated Miele appliances including induction cooktop and a coffee pod machine. Polished concrete floors throughout, beautiful black and white penny-round tiled bathrooms and VJ wardrobes in the bedrooms. And to top it all off, it has been professionally styled.
Enjoy an elevated east, north-east aspect and an ideal location just minutes’ walk to both the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops.
Entry into the apartment takes you to the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area where the ocean view beyond welcomes you. Louvered windows on the side allow for the ocean breeze to embrace you from every angle. The balcony is spacious and offers alfresco dining and outdoor seating.
The master bedroom at the front of the apartment captures ocean breezes and opens to the ocean side balcony where comfortable seating provides a great space to relax with your morning coffee. The ensuite off the master bedroom is spacious and light and includes a toilet and spacious shower area.
The second bedroom is peacefully tucked away at the rear of the apartment and opens to the natural garden setting at the rear of the complex grounds. There are only 3 apartments in the complex and Unit 1 is situated on the entire floor of level one.
The space is ideal for a couple, two couples travelling together, or for the lone traveler who enjoys having everything at their fingertips.
You will love staying here relaxing to the soft sounds and the cool breeze of the ocean. And with a so many fabulous cafes and restaurants, the beach and the Noosa National Park so close by. You'll also be able to enjoy all the wonderful offerings of the region at a moment’s notice.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.
• Weddings, parties, functions, schoolies and pets are not permitted.
• This property and complex is non-smoking
• In keeping with the residential area governance of the Noosa Council, no noise after 10pm
